Our audience measurement is cookieless: no identifier is stored on your device. On the server we compute an anonymised fingerprint from your IP address and browser, combined with a salt that rotates every day — only that fingerprint is kept, never your IP address. No ad trackers, no third parties.

When you express interest: your first name, email and questionnaire answers (rider/driver, licence, fleet…), plus a record of your consent. For analytics: the anonymised fingerprint above, the page visited and the country.

Your contact details are processed on the basis of your consent (the checkbox in the form). Analytics relies on our legitimate interest in understanding site traffic, in a minimal and privacy-preserving way.

A strictly-necessary cookie (blr_lead) is set only when you open the sign-up form, to stitch the steps together. It is not used for ad tracking.

Your data is hosted in the European Union (Frankfurt). We never sell data. Our processors (hosting, email service) act on instruction and within the EU where possible.

Sign-ups are kept until launch and for as long as you wish to receive our updates. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

You can access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@bellerue.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
